Five year Background Check

Do not forget that we doing your 5-year background checks on all active volunteers and employees. These are due to the Safe Environment office by December 1, 2023. If you need your 2018 report as a reference, please reach out to Mandi, and she will send it to you. If you have any further questions, please make sure you reach out to us. April is National Child Abuse Prevention Month

National Child Abuse Prevention month recognizes the importance of families and communities working together to prevent child abuse and neglect. Prevention services and supports developed by this collaboration can help to protect children and strengthen families. One of the things we can do to show our support for this month is to decorate or hand out pinwheels. Pinwheels are the sign for this month because they represent the whimsy of childhood and how all children should have a carefree life.
