• Practicing Catholic stewards who are committed to a mission of forming disciples of Jesus Christ
• Eligible for Kansas licensure as administrators
• Leaders who promote a standards-based instructional program
• Strong in interpersonal and organizational skills
• Experienced working with K-8 students
