The Daniel Plan is a healthy lifestyle program founded on biblical principles that focuses on: Faith, Food, Fitness, Focus and Friends. The program offers an innovative approach to achieving a healthy lifestyle by optimizing in each of these life areas.
Bring this program to your parish:
ICT Catholic 60+ Singles consists of Divorced, Widowed, & Never Married Singles from all over the Diocese of Wichita. We stand by our Catholic Christian Faith through support, service, sharing, friendship and fellowship with like-minded Catholic Baby Boomers.
All Catholic Singles 60+ are welcome to attend
Monthly planning meeting, Mass & brunch at different churches, birthday celebrations, happy hour, service project and biweekly pickleball, concerts in the summer and annual retreat.
Mother Angeline Ministry of Care seeks to provide training to those serving the homebound, in the hospital or nursing facilities. The program begins with instruction in pastoral visits, active listening, the spirituality of aging, family dynamics, and how to engage the homebound and the sick.
Today many grandparents are heartbroken over the fact that their children have left the Catholic faith and they have grandchildren who are not receiving the sacraments.
The National Catholic Grandparents Association is a support group for Grandparents who want to pass on their Catholic faith to their grandchildren.
The seniors in Harvest House are a lively group of Catholics who rejoice in the God-given gift of dear friendship. If you are looking for a place to belong, as well as a place where God can use your gifts, then Harvest House is the place for you.
Prepare to Care Workshops

The Called and Gifted process helps identify the spiritual gifts you received a baptism. Spiritual gifts by definition are given to build up the Body of Christ. God gives them to us so that we can give them away. All adults welcome. Material fee is $30.00.
This five week study for adults will help you create,
update and organize all your important information,
health care surrogate, power of attorney, password list,
advisors, assets, debts, wills, insurance, etc.
The idea of passing on stories and wisdom is not a new one. It is very important that we realize that our own
life stories have value, and that it is important to not only share life stories. In order for them not to be lost or forgotten, they must be recorded. You will get
help to write down your life story in this class.
Eternal Rest
Eternal Rest examines the origin of death, the afterlife, and the powerful reality around the sacrament that ushers us into eternal life. Eternal Rest presents the Catholic Church’s teaching about death and God’s response to it with wisdom and truth, gentleness and compassion, so we can think about and prepare for death in the light of Jesus Christ, the Author of life.
Stations of the Cross for Seniors
By connecting many aspects of aging to Jesus’ Passion and death, this insightful and poignant Way of the Cross shows us how close Jesus is to us on our journey. It opens our eyes to the new beginnings that this time of life can bring and assures us that Jesus will give us the strength and courage to face our challenges with faith and patience, endurance and compassion, spiritual vigor and true wisdom, cheerfulness and generosity, and optimism and abiding hope.
