This program will help you achieve your goals and dreams for your most intimate relationship.  It's as simple as that.  All marriages can succeed when both people do their part to keep the marriage together.  Marriages fail when one or both people do not want to do what it takes to keep the marriage together.

You'll learn some skills to improve and/or protect your relationship. These tools have proven useful for a lot of couples.

At the 2017 National Catholic Family Life Ministers Conference, Helen Alvare, Adviser to the U.S. Conference of Catholic Bishops, in her keynote address said that the PREP 8.0 is the top relationship education program in the United States to help prevent divorce.

PREP 8.0 was developed by a team of researchers who have personally conducted over 30 years of primary research on relationship dynamics and divorce reduction.

PREP curricula have been studied for effectiveness by more research teams than any other relationship curricula.  US researchers have published outcome studies and so have researchers in other countries.  There are almost 60 research articles appearing in scholarly journals about the effectiveness of PREP's curricula.

Over the years researcher have found that PREP couples tend to show: higher relationship happiness, more warmth and support, more positive communication, less negative behavior and emotion, less abuse (both psychological and physical), less infidelity and fewer cases of divorce when compared with couple who did not take PREP.
