Request for Letter of Suitability and Celebret

If you are going out of the Diocese of Wichita to exercise any form of public ministry, this form will assist you in obtaining a Letter of Suitability and Celebret. Please be advised that it may take up to a week to complete your request for a letter of suitability, depending on the availability of signers at the Chancery office.

If you have any questions regarding your request, please contact Kelly Padilla at 316-269-3900 ext 104.
