Guadalupe Clinic, Inc. is seeking an outstanding individual to serve as an Admissions Coordinator. This individual is responsible for checking in patients, greeting visitors, scheduling appointments, answering the phone, faxing, electronic data entry, handling of medical records, and routing communications within Guadalupe Clinic. This position is supervised and reports to the Clinic Coordinator.

The successful candidate will possess the following:
• English/Spanish fluency is required.
• Experience working in a medical office is preferred.
• Must be able to relate well with clients, staff and volunteers from a variety of cultural and economic backgrounds.
• Requires professional and welcoming telephone etiquette and the ability to maintain a strict sense of confidentiality.
• Must possess professional office and organizational skills. Data entry and basic computer skills are required
