The Guadalupe Clinic, Inc. of the Catholic Diocese of Wichita is seeking an outstanding individual to serve as Part-time Optometrist, 20-25 hours per week. The Clinic provides health care to the uninsured of the region and the Diocese of Wichita. The Optometrist will be responsible for providing vision services to the uninsured and disadvantaged patient population of Guadalupe Clinic; Provides oversight to the operations of the Vision clinic.
Requirements include:
• Must be a licensed Optometrist with a minimum of two years of experience
• Must possess good verbal and written communication skills; Spanish fluency a plus
• Requires the ability to problem solve, organize and prioritize work to ensure timeliness and accuracy
• Must possess computer proficiency with medical software systems and Microsoft Office products
• Ability to embrace and personify the mission of Guadalupe Clinic with socio-economic and cultural sensitivity in mind.
