Church of the Resurrection is seeking a dedicated part-time individual to perform various parish office tasks. The weekly hours will vary between 15 and 25 hours per week. Experience with office equipment, office processes, and some bookkeeping are very beneficial. This position reports directly to the Pastor.

TASKS: Prepare bookkeeping paperwork for our outsourced bookkeeping company; process weekly contribution reports for Pastor and Finance Council; process year-end contribution reporting to donors; serve as backup to the Receptionist; conduct stewardship tasks; and assist the Pastor with any assigned tasks.

REQUIREMENTS: A stewardship Catholic in good standing in their parish; High School diploma or equivalent; strong organizational skills; strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows and Office suite and Google; strong discretion and confidentiality skills.
