Kapaun Mt. Carmel Catholic High School seeks to fill the role of Front Office Secretary. The primary role of the Front Office Secretary at KMC is the reception of KMC students, families, and guests to the school. This individual is also responsible for record keeping, assisting with Diocesan and state reports, and the provision of internal communication from the administration to the faculty and staff.

Duties:
• Receiving and greeting visitors to the school, including parents, pastors and other customer groups
• Scheduling of administrative functions and school activities
• Multi-line phone operation
• Maintenance of school records and information systems
• Maintenance of the school’s calendar
• Organization of administrative activities such as meetings, travel, and conferences
• Design and production of general correspondence, memos and announcements
• Sorting and distributing mail

Requirements:
● Practicing Catholic in good standing and an active steward in one’s parish required
● Excellent oral, written and presentation skills; exceptional listening and other communication skills with a focus on discretion and constituent responsiveness
● Skilled decision-maker, with transparency in decision-making and management
● Ability to multi-task in a non-routine environment
● Proficient in all MS Office® applications
