The Catholic Diocese of Wichita is seeking a dedicated individual to serve as a part-time (20 hours per week), Project Rachel Program Coordinator for the Office of Respect Life and Social Justice. This individual will be responsible for providing direct service to women and men impacted by abortion as well as coordination of group sessions, retreats, volunteers, outreach and awareness efforts.

The successful candidate will have the following qualifications:
• Practicing Catholic in good standing and an active and faithful steward in one’s parish
• Bachelors Degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work or related field, or equivalent experience
• Clinical skills to provide crisis intervention and retreat facilitation
• Understanding of and commitment to pro-life teachings of the Church
• Experience working effectively with pastors, parish coordinators and volunteers
• Strong interpersonal skills, ability to relate well to clients and volunteers from diverse backgrounds
• Proven administrative skills, conflict resolution, collaborative leadership style,
• Ability to express ideas clearly in both written and verbal communication
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Valid driver’s license
