Adoration chapel availability has been added to the Mass finder at CatholicDioceseOfWichita.org.

It may be found by visiting the diocesan website, clicking on the Year of the Eucharist link at the top of the page, and scrolling down.

Those looking for a chapel may search by address or by name, or by clicking on the upside-down teardrops on the map that mark chapel locations.

The search will reveal Mass and adoration times along with parish contact information and a parish website link, if available. A Google map is incorporated to download directions. The page also contains related information about the Year of the Eucharist and Bishop Carl A. Kemme’s letters about the topic.

The addition to the website is part of an effort to highlight the chapels during this Year of the Eucharist.

“The Diocese of Wichita is truly blessed when it comes to adoration,” Matt Vainer, director of Communications for the diocese, said. During this Year of the Eucharist we wanted to highlight our chapels and provide a way for adorers to find a chapel near them.”
