Each spring the youth of the diocese come together to celebrate our Catholic faith as it has been shared throughout the year in diocesan and parish ministry.

The Diocesan Catholic Youth Conference offers youth the opportunity to meet new friends, engage in exciting breakout sessions, listen to dynamic speakers, laugh, sing and worship with other like minded young people. There are recognitions of those who have distinguished themselves through service and faith. Outstanding parishes and youth ministry leaders are also honored.

There is a dance following the banquet on Saturday evening. The conference ends on Sunday with a mass celebrated by Bishop Jackels. The new Diocesan Catholic Youth Board is installed during the closing mass and the youth groups are sent back to their parishes to share the excitement of another great year.

Don't forget to bring your scrapbook and banner to the conference. Scrapbooks and banners are on display throughout most of the conference so you can take a peek at what other youth groups are doing.
