2012 Curriculum: 1st - 6th Grades

The Totus Tuus program has divided the four pillars of the Catechism of the Catholic Church into a six-year cycle. To complement the Catechism cycle, Totus Tuus adds a four-year cycle dedicated to the mysteries of the Rosary. In 2012, Totus Tuus will cover:

Theme: The Creed
Mysteries: The Glorious Mysteries

Monday

Class #1 The Resurrection
Class #2 I believe in God, the Father almighty, creator of heaven and earth...
Class #3 And in Jesus Christ, His only Son, our Lord.
Class #4 He was conceived by the Holy Spirit, born of the Virgin Mary.

Tuesday

Class #1 The Ascension
Class #2 He suffered under Pontius Pilate, was crucified, died and was buried.
Class #3 He descended into Hell; on the third day He rose again from the dead.
Class #4 He ascended into heaven and is seated at the right hand of God the Father almighty.

Wednesday

Class #1 The Descent of the Holy Spirit
Class #2 From there he will come to judge the living and the dead.
Class #3 I believe in the Holy Spirit...
Class #4 The holy catholic Church, the communion of saints...

Thursday

Class #1 The Assumption
Class #2 The forgiveness of sins...
Class #3 The resurrection of the body...
Class #4 And life everlasting. Amen.
