"The thing I look forward to the most if God is calling me to the priesthood is working with the youth. I would hope I can bring those youth to a wider and deeper sense of service within our Diocese. I would pray that I can inspire them to become more active, not only within our Diocese or their parish, but to turn outward and take that talent and vitality to their communities. Our Diocese provides so many opportunities already, whether that be picking up an adoration hour, reading at Mass or volunteering within many of the diocesan programs like the Lord’s Diner. It was something that I loved but never found until I was a senior in high school, and I hope to inspire the kids to see a need for their service and bring them into a deeper understanding of the meaning of stewardship at a younger age, with emphasis being placed on Time and Talent."
