"From the outside looking in, one may be given the impression that a seminarian lives a life of rigorous and unceasing prayer. Although we are to pray without ceasing as St. Paul says, this does not require that we spend the entire day on our knees before the tabernacle. In my free time, I enjoy being with my friends and having a good time. The myth that seminarians spend incessant lengths of time in prayer and have no life is a widespread misconception, which is quickly debunked upon spending time with seminarians."
