The Lord's Diner relies on volunteers and their gift of time and talent to achieve our mission of "Responding to Christ's call to feed the hungry."

Large volunteer groups from area churches and organizations are the core of our volunteer base. These groups are scheduled to serve on a regular basis once a month or once every other month, depending on the size of the group and the availability of dates. Smaller groups and volunteers not affiliated with a larger group are matched with existing volunteer groups to "lend a hand" on a regular basis. The Lord's Diner utilizes approximately 70 volunteers per day to prepare and serve the nightly meal.
