St. Peter Claver - The Guadalupe Clinic conducts regular health screening, education and prevention services at the St. Peter Claver complex at 11th and Indiana. This allows neighborhood individuals to connect with the medical services available at Guadalupe Clinic. Recently, free flu shots were also made available to neighborhood residents visiting the site. The upcoming dates for visits to the St. Peter Claver location can be obtained by calling the Guadalupe Clinic.

South Hillside - As part of the outreach services of Guadalupe Clinic, a second facility at  2825 South Hillside opened the week of January 23, 2012. This facility is co-located with the satellite facility of the Lord's Diner as well as with a food pantry outreach facility of Catholic Charities.

This new facility extends the services of Guadalupe Clinic to the many needy families in Southeast Wichita, especially in the Planeview neighborhood.

Bishop Michael O. Jackels blessed the facility during a ceremony held January 20, 2012.
