Guadalupe Clinic has been providing outreach services throughout the city since 1985.  Although the clinic has three locations, staff and volunteers provide a variety of services on site at various locations.  Not everyone is able to reach one of the clinic sites easily, so with that in mind, our staff does everything possible to reach those in need of health care where they live and work.

St. Peter Claver Complex – 1209 Indiana

Guadalupe Clinic staff provides regular blood pressure and blood sugar screening services at the St. Peter Claver Complex located at 11th Street and Indiana on the 2nd and 4th Wednesday mornings of each month between 10:00–11:30am.

La Familia Senior Center – 841 West 21st

On the fourth Wednesday morning of each month, Guadalupe Clinic provides regular blood pressure and blood sugar screening services at the La Familia Senior Center located at 841 West 21st Street.

First Presbyterian Church – 525 North Broadway
