This planning sheet may be used for any Mass for which the Bishop is the main celebrant, especially for Confirmation Masses.  Please print out the form, fill it in, and return it to the Office of Worship two weeks before the Mass is to be celebrated.  It will aid the Master of Ceremonies (if assisting) and the Bishop to prepare prior to the Mass.
