Mission

The Office of the Tribunal does research on questions of church law, offers workshops on various topics of law and does the research and decision-making regarding marriage annulments. The office has seven priests with special degrees in canon law, a full-time case manager and a part-time clerical employee. Their job is to apply the Law of the Church, to balance rights and responsibilities, and to balance the individual"s good with the common good.
