Sharing of your time and talents can be as rewarding an experience for you as it is for the people you serve.God gives each of us unique abilitiesand insights, that when used for the betterment of others, brings a sense of joy that is indescribable.
We at Guadalupe Clinic know first-hand how important volunteers can be; after all, volunteers have been our life blood since 1985! With only six volunteer nurses, we began our mission to provide health care to the uninsured and underserved. And the rest, as they say, is history!
Medical and non-medical volunteers are needed and welcomed. We simply request a commitment of four hours of service per month. For medical volunteers, that usually means one four-hour shift per month. For non-medical volunteers, those four hours can take any form from one four-hour shift to four one-hour shifts. If you however, want to provide us with more time and talent, we are certainly willing to find work for you to do. There are always patients to see and projects to complete and never enough hands to accomplish it all.
Below you will find volunteer forms you can download, complete, and send to us via email or mail. All forms should be completed in full – we have provided pdf fillable forms along with step-by-step instructions for your convenience.
