We have licensed mental health professionals who can assist. Cana Counseling therapists help people understand their personal needs, focus on the cause of their problems and determine ways they can resolve or cope with those issues.

Insurances are charged for those with insurance, and a sliding scale fee is provided for those without insurance. Most insurance plans are accepted, including Medicaid. You will be asked to provide proof of insurance coverageor proof of income at your first visit.

Therapists at Cana Counseling at Catholic Charities hold master's degrees in clinical social work or a related mental health field. They are state-licensed in their profession and trained to assist with special areas of concern.

Our therapists and staff are sensitive to every person's unique background, culture and gender. Our therapists embrace faith as a source of healing and renewal. Your first few counseling sessions will be spent assessing your individual situation. Then, a service plan will be developed between you and your therapist, determining frequency of sessions and expectations of both you and your therapist.
