Speaker's Bio: Janet is a wife and mother of three and a former teacher who fulfilled a dream to earn a Masters of Arts degree in Theology five years ago- studying in depth St. John the Beloved Disciple, his Gospel and New Testament writings, Sacred Scripture and the Patristic Fathers.  Her greatest joys are daily Mass and Eucharistic Adoration and spending time with family and friends.  She has been a member of St. Elizabeth Ann Seton parish for 23 years, where she is a lector and coordinator of Perpetual Adoration.  Besides writing, offering retreats and teaching, she enjoys participating in and leading prayer groups and Scripture Studies and loves to go on pilgrimages, ride her bike and eat chocolate!

A former sidewalk counselor, she has a great compassion for hurting families and longs to bring all people to Christ, especially Catholics who have fallen away from their faith.  She is passionate about sharing the love of God - knowing firsthand of His ability to heal and transform us; and thus seeks to inspire others through sharing His Love, Mercy, Truth, Goodness, Beauty, Power and Glory!
