A Christmas Eve Mass with Bishop Michael O. Jackels as the main celebrant will be broadcast at 11:05 p.m. on KWCH, channel 12.
The Mass is usually broadcast live from the Cathedral of the Immaculate Conception, Wichita, but will be taped earlier in the evening because the Cathedral is unavailable this year because of renovation work.
The Mass will be rebroadcast at 9 a.m. on Christmas Day on KSCW, channel 5, in Wichita.
The sponsors of this year’s Christmas Eve broadcast are the Kruse Corp., Freddy’s, Simpsons & Associates, and Applebee’s.
